Ben has been active in the mining industry for over 35 years, working across a number of roles including Chief Surveyor, Health and Safety Manager, Business Improvement Manager, Alternate Mine Rescue Coordinator, and a secondment with a leading provider of continuous improvement consulting services.

His extensive history encompasses coaching, change management, safety leadership, health and safety, processing plants, surface and underground mining, emergency response, and technical services programs.

Ben has been actively involved in Mine Rescue as a Team Member, Captain, and Coordinator for 19 years, and has an additional 18 years experience in creating and delivering Culture Change, Leadership, Safety, and Rescue training programs.
